How to get to the Westin Harbour Castle Toronto from Toronto Pearson International Airport

Public Transit

  • Walk from Lester B. Pearson to UP Express Pearson Airport Station 
    • Cost: $12.00 per adult for UP Express
    • 9 minutes
  • Take the 4097 UP Express  Pearson Airport to Union Station (3 stops)
    • 25 minutes
  • Walk from the Union Station to the Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto 
    • Take entrance 12 York 
    • 14 minutes

Taxi

  • Walk to the taxi stand at the airport
  • A taxi will take 30-60 minutes (depending on traffic)
  • Cost: $55 + tip
  • Credit cards are generally accepted 

Car

From East

Take 401 West to Don Valley Parkway. Take Don Valley Parkway South to Gardiner Expressway. Once on Gardiner Expressway, take the Yonge/York/Bay exit. Turn left onto Yonge Street and then right onto Queen’s Quay. The hotel will be on the left.

From North

Take Highway 400 South to Highway 401 West, Highway 401 West to Highway 427 South, then Highway 427 South to Gardiner Expressway Toronto. Take the Yonge/York/Bay Exit to the Yonge ramp. Turn right at the first light and proceed to Queen’s Quay where you will turn left.

From West

Take Highway 401 East to Highway 427 South to Gardiner Expressway Toronto. Take the Yonge/York/Bay Exit to the Yonge ramp. Turn right at the first light and proceed to Queen’s Quay where you will turn left. The hotel will be on the right.

From Lester B. Pearson International Airport

Take Highway 427 South to the Gardiner Expressway Toronto. Take the Yonge/York/Bay Exit to the Yonge ramp. Turn right at the first set of lights and proceed to Queen’s Quay where you will turn left. The hotel will be on the right.

Travelling from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport

Public Transit

  • Walk from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport to Queens Quay at Dan Leckie Way West Side (2 minutes)
  • Take the 509 Harbourfront Towards Fleet Loop (4 stops; 10 minutes)
  • Walk to the Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto (1 minute)

  • Walk to taxi stand at airport which is on the other side of the ferry terminal.
  • A taxi will take 8 minutes (depending on traffic)
  • Cost: $25-$30 + tip

  • Head straight on Eireann Quay (55 m)
  • Turn left onto Bathurst  St (150 m)
  • Turn left onto Lake Shore Blvd W (1.4 km)
  • Turn right onto Lower Simcoe St (99 m)
  • Head southwest on Queens Quay W toward Bay St (600 m)

Visa Information

Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)

Canada has introduced a new entry requirement, known as an eTA, for visa-exempt foreign nationals travelling to Canada by air. Exceptions include U.S. citizens and travelers with a valid visa. Entry requirements for other methods of travel (land, sea) have not changed. Eligible travelers can apply online for an eTA. Travelers will need an eTA before they can board a flight to Canada. Find out more about Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/eta.asp) Countries that are not eligible under eTA may need to apply for a Visitors Visa. To check online – go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp and click “Visit” from the menu. Attendees from the USA may check entry / exit requirements to Canada outlined in the U.S. Department of State Consular Information website. Proof of citizenship must be provided.

Letter of Invitation for Visa Purposes

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the ICN 2018 Congress will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment received by the Congress Secretariat.
